Hello, my name is Coach Cierra. I cheered for the Brooklyn Diamonds when I was in 5th through the  11th grade.  After cheering for BDA  I was granted the opportunity to coach along side Coach Tracy and have been doing so for the last 10 years.

 

One of my favorite things about coaching is meeting our girls in the beginning of the cheer season and being able to help them develop into the ideal BDA athlete.

 

Here at BDA we not only focus on developing a cheerleader, but also we develop student-athletes. We hold our student-athletes accountable for maintaining characteristics of being coachable, leadership driven, and a strong participant in community service. We make sure our student-athletes maintain a certain Grade Point Average and are dedicated, confident and hardworking. These are skills they can implement in the real world.
