My name is Tracy Wilkins-Dickerson and I am the head coach of Brooklyn Diamonds Athletics.

I started coaching the Diamonds in April of 1994, after giving in to the pleading of my oldest daughter Leah to take over the cheerleading program. This was a voluntary position at PS 307 & later Satellite West Junior High School in Brooklyn. This helped me find my calling and purpose in my community in the Fort Greene/Farragut section of Brooklyn.  As a school program we won numerous competitions locally; regionally and took 6th place in the Nationals in 2018.

Last year we decided to become an AllStar program which would allow participants from our community & beyond.....not just from our school.

AllStar is a very organized yet highly competitive sport and also extremely expensive. This means it can be extremely difficult for our girls to excel without the resources to get them to the next level.

For now my goal is to give the girls the All-Star experience but keeping it cost effective so that athletes of various economic backgrounds can get involved.
